Paramount Safety Products is a fast-growing global leader in industrial safety products for use in the construction, mining, infrastructure, manufacturing, food and medical industries as well as home improvement, repair and maintenance.

Our current portfolio of market-leading brands include Pro Choice Safety Gear, Linq Height Safety, Pratt Environmental & Site Safety Systems and Thorzt Hydration Products.

Founded by the late Rob Bird back in 1992, Paramount Safety Products is still a family-owned operation from Western Australia now employing over 100 people across Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Pacific Islands, Asia, North America, Canada and Europe.

Founded by Rob Bird, Paramount Safety Products commenced operations laundering and recycling gloves for industrial use in Perth, Western Australia.
1994

1994

Moved into supplying new gloves and other PPE products.
1998

1998

Opened Melbourne office and warehouse, Victoria, Australia.
2001

Opened Sydney office and warehouse, New South Wales, Australia
2002

Opened Brisbane office and warehouse, Queensland, Australia.

Pro Choice Safety gear is launched to provide new branding and packaging for an rapidly-growing PPE offer.

Achieved Western Australia Marketing Award for new branding and packaging.

Entrepreneur of the Year Award – Rob Bird announced as regional finalist

Moved into new purpose-built premises in Loganholme, Queensland, Australia.

Paramount Safety Products rebrands, introducing a logo that is a sentimental nod to founder Rob Bird’s legacy, love for sailing and to getting hard workers all around the world safely home.
